Lengel may have the inside shot at the Y spot, need his blocking. With Griffin playing his role & Akins a lock. Could be Stephen Anderson & Thomas fighting for a spot if we keep 4.
Don't see how they keep 4 TEs, and 3 slots (Coutee, Bruce, Ervin, Braxton). None of them are really really good or really really bad. Injuries and special teams hopefully will make it a little clearer.
BoB quoted as saying he was "back to form." Keep in mind, he did not say these things the last two years. Betting lines are typically lines that come with insider info. The old JJ to return?
Wow, Defensive player of the year? I hope so. If he plays at that level we'll be going deep in the playoffs. I just can't see how someone that's had that many injuries and time away from the game could be the best D-player in the league the very next season he comes back.
One can read defenses and is a film savant and the other one does a nice superman dive after running.
It's an intriguing phenomenon... When the players are excited about their QB they seem to catch everything. When a Savage type is in, balls just seem to bounce off guy's hands all the time.
http://www.stateofthetexans.com/blo...uston-and-deshaun-watson-is-running-the-show/ Pat is a great insider. Not the John Harris who will just spit out koolaid. Watson has been amazing in camp. He is going to come out firing this year.
