Not just rookies, but the entire league. Look at two guys he is above. It looks like Rodgers is out of the picture. Has a rookie QB ever led the league in touchdowns?

    Beast.

Played only half the first game and didn’t even have the privilege of working with the starters in the off-season.

He’s doing it with less pass attempts than those other two.

It's like Houston doesn't know what to do with itself with a good quarterback lol

I think this bye is coming at an ideal time for the team. After losing Watt and Mercilus, the defense needs some time to regroup and assimilate Houston, Langford, Williams, etc. Vrabel will have some time now to give Clowney more opportunities.

On offense, we need to work on the running game, protection, and giving Watson more rope. With just a bit more he could end up being RoY and MVP.

In my mind I'm already taking 2 worthless TDs against KC and 1 semi-handoff TD to Miller against Cleveland away from Watkins and he is still 3rd. Impressive!

The rapid improvement by Watson has been the best part of this season thus far. It's just amazing.

I'm just glad OB realized that Savage never was better than Watson in week 1 rather than in week 7 or 8.

Oh how quickly we flip flop around these parts. Youngster has proven a lot of people wrong on every Texans sports blog.

I knew the youngster was going to be good. But I didn't think he would be this great.
