Rose used to be one of my favorite players in the NBA. Unfortunately, post-injury, he turned into one of the worst divas I've ever seen. Some of the stuff that came out of his mouth while still in Chicago were cringeworthy and totally unnecessary. His view of himself is so far from reality it's almost like he's on drugs.
How did he tear his meniscus this time? Did it happen in a game? I knew he had sore knee but didn't realize it was this serious. Rose actually had a decent season. He proved that he could still get to the basket very effectively and finish at a high percentage. He will have some suitors this offseason, but this injury is not going to help him.
He should really take a look at Milwaukee this off-season, they have enough versatile young guys to reduce his minutes and take some of the wear off him. He'll have to sacrifice money but with him playing max 30 mpg he should be more effective and probably be able to extend his career. Bucks have pretty sub par pg play but with Rose, and Brogdan off the bench that should be a formidable pg rotation in the east
That'd be a perfect fit. DRose had a really good individual season. I am rooting for him. I'd rather see him go to the Spurs though so he can become a winner and b/c it would be better than CP3 on the Spurs.
Rose in Minny...I can't think of a worse fit. He can't defend, can't space the floor and can't run the PnR with Towns. So all he can do is take the ball away from their young players while showing them how to inefficient score. But most likely its his agent in a desperate attempt to rise some interest since I don't think he will be able to find a starter job in the league anymore
So why TF does Minny continue to draft PG's?!?!? They have a really good young PG in Dunn, WTF are they doing or even thinking?!??
