I just don't see how that helps the Timberwolves AND Derrick Rose. He should have gone overseas and work on getting his basketball shape back.
why are people saying it wont help.. Rose was averaging 15 points on 49% in his first stint with the cavs.. he averaged 18 ppg 47% last year in 64 games.. now he is not an all star but those numbers show he is no scrub either.. Wolves definetely need a void to be filled with absence of J butler.. Now if he can even regain last years form it wont be a bad signing.
I remember that game where the commentators actually said thibs should pull out rose with comfortable lead and then moments later rose fully tears his knee. Thibs probably feels bad he messed up his career. Was never same afterwards for rose.
I don't get it either. People act like he's so bad that he doesn't even belong in the Gleague, but he's still better than the average starting pg on over half the NBA teams, and i even wanted the Rockets to get him before we got CP3 bc i think he needs to be surrounded by shooters. Unfortunately Minny just isn't the right fit.
