Dennis Smith Jr reminds of Westbrook without all that energy with a better shot

    If that made sense

DSJ is the real deal. I was in Vegas for the summer league and went to the DSJ vs. Lonzo Ball game. The Lakers won but DSJ was COOKING Lonzo. DSJ has hints of SF3, Baron Davis, and Westbrook in him...

His vertical was 44 inches before he tore his ACL in high school. After he tore his ACL, it's now 48 inches.

Get him off the Mavs plz...

I like Dennis smith he a lot but I do like this French kid a lot also.

He's got some young kobe in him with the way his body looks and moves when kobe came out of HS.

I think he's got a chance to be a real player in this league but he's a shooting guard imo they would be setting him up to fail if they try and make him a Point guard.

Report: Mavericks rookie Dennis Smith Jr. lands 3-year deal with Under Armour

"I am definitely excited to be a part of team Under Armour as I get ready to go into [training] camp for my rookie year," Smith Jr. told ESPN. "Under Armour is an explosive brand in basketball right now, and I'm excited to join Stephen [Curry] and Seth [Curry] and the team at UA in making our mark together."

This kid is good, very good.

He is more of a Damian Lillard type of guard to me.

Do you think he plays more or less reckless than Westbrook?

He seems even more reckless than WB to me. A lot of his dunks are stuff WB doesn't do anymore.

Water in the knee before even playing his first official NBA game. Hus future doesn't look bright tbh.

If you think about it...could have been.

Dennis Smith + Lebron + Porzingis?

It's a stronger case there than LA and he gets to stay in the East.

Smith is overrated. He’s another Steve Francis.
