I only saw limited action at the end of the season-Finals, not fair weather fan. At the end of the year, the rockets held their opponents to only .434 FG% vs..456 for the season. Did Rudy implement a new D? Did the rockets get better at the same D? Was it better shotblocking? Was it the offense running so smoothly that it tired opponents out. forced em to shoot 3s to try to comeback? or statistical anomaly? ------------------ "You've got 6 fouls, use them well" -Derrick Coleman
That was OBVIOUSLY due to Charles Barkley's presence in that last game... The defensive intensity he provided when he came back to play in the final game of the season was enough to lift the Rockets overall. It's really unfair that he got the label of "worst defensive player of all time" based soley on those previous 16 seasons... ------------------ If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding!!
