I agree it's the right move, but I'm worried.. maybe it will be fine and we let one of them go next season.

Have you seen that Golden State has Demarcus Cousins?

edit lets also not forget Jokic, Nurkic, Adams, Gobert, and even Aldridge

It's not the same Warriors team.

I'm curious why you don't think DJ would be an asset in a matchup with Cousins?

Sure, I don't think DJ would have helped much against the Warriors last year-- but I think his body is exactly what this team needs to assure Cousins doesn't big booty bounce his way all over our team.

You're not getting it. In order to beat the Warriors you obviously have to have less talent and not bring in more talent, regardless of position. There are a lot of former NBA GMs on this board that is trying to school us on how the league works.

I say throw in picks and go for beal

Or trade him for mirotic in a 3 team deal and maybe ingram and Zubac.....lol forget lakers players. Hmmm who needs a good center? Dallas does.

It'd be cruel, but if DJ came, and gave Rockets 75% of what Capela brings, and you're really all in this year, and you know final form against the Warriors involves a no center lineup ANYWAY, it'd be very hard not to see if Capela can bring in another forward who would be a clear starter on this team.

No Butler unless PHI has another starter in mind. Capella is redundant to The Process.
Maybe Eric Gordon and + 4 pivks cuz we got Matthews AND DJ.

You can never have too many big men. The pelicans wiped the floor with us. Just find a way to rid of knight, and Chris.

Morey sucks though. He couldn't turn MCW Chriss and Ennis into Porzingis because those guys are just as valuable as expiring contracts and a young good player still on his rookie contract. Totally sucks.

I'll believe it when I see DeAndre is actually bought out and standing next to Gerald throwing up the H.

No. You keep all 3 C’s! Unless Capela is part of a bigger trade for Houston coming up. Capela is Houston’s biggest trade chip and if he can get you a player like Tobias, Barnes, or even Beal than you trade him.
Otherwise you keep all 3 since Capela will be out for a long while and you can play small ball with Faired arbor C against GS.
