His mid-range game is money still. I remember him and Cp3 killing us with that PnR time and time again. He shot 50% from shots 16 ft- 3 pt line last season. He's tough, smart, and a solid defender. Would be a great signup if we can sign him cheap.

Apparently he's willing to take pennies to go to the Spurs or GSW. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Rumbling to follow in free agency frenzy: David West's championship-level targets are, well, the last two champs - <a href="http://t.co/i53TTF4Oy2">http://t.co/i53TTF4Oy2</a></p>— Sam Amick (@sam_amick) <a href="https://twitter.com/sam_amick/status/616482042377830400">July 2, 2015</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
I respect him. He stood up for hibbert. Good teammate. Has principles you dont see anymore in the nba (or the world). Left 12 million on the table to try get a ring. Good luck david.
Wes Mathews? Why aren't we looking at this guy? Seems like he would be a good fit. Omer Asik? Why aren't we looking at this guy? Seems like he would be a good fit. Afflalo? Why aren't we looking at this guy? Seems like he would be a good fit. Tristan Thompson? Why aren't we looking at this guy? Seems like he would be a good fit. My point is this thread is ridiculous. Just because we went after LMA doesn't mean we are in need of PF.
Well, technically Josh Smith is an UFA and T. Jones will probably be traded. That leaves us with DMO and Harrell at the PF spot ... so basically, I wouldn't mind adding another PF that can play some minutes on the center spot.
Jones' demand is all times low and Morey is in a must trade situation. Other GMs realize that and might force Morey to keep him and let him walk next year. I still think we're keeping at least 1 of Jones and Smith and that's enough if you ask me.
Apparently Morey disagrees with you since he has been rumored to be interested in williams, Perkins, and Boozer. My point is your post I'd ridiculous.
David West, in his prime, would be a terrific option to LaMarcus Aldridge. You can look back over his career and see he's every bit the shooter that LaMarcus is. In fact, I think he's actually better from midrange. But the question with West is how much does he have left in the tank? He is fading. Here's their head2head matchups. 20 game sample size. You can see West's numbers falling off the last couple seasons while Aldridge's steadily improving. http://www.basketball-reference.com/play-index/h2h_finder.cgi?request=1&p1=westda01&p2=aldrila01
