    he's really good. but he's a non-stretch 4, or a non rim protecting small 5. he's not a great fit for today's nba.

he can help a team make the playoffs but advancing in either conference will come down to having starters to fill those new roles.

He’s a modern day Zach Randolph. But agreed with the previous poster doesn’t really fit into today’s NBA especially for our philosophy.

I think he's actually way more mobile as a player than Z.Bo ever was but i get the comparison in some way.

Codman actually hinted at the deadline we had interest, but i still think Dallas if they dump Matthews or Brooklyn will get him.

In terms of restricted free agents i think Gordon would fit way better here fwiw.

he can score and rebound, he is fine for any NBA. Not everyone has to bring the same skill set. Always good to mix it up. He would be great in our system as a pick and roll expert and rebounder. Good passer as well, he has 5 career triple doubles

la has been wanting to shed his contract since they gave it to him. this is how the convo went:

Magic: Kuzma and lebron are starting, will you be ok with coming off the bench, Julius?
    Randle: No
Magic: well we cant start you so do you really want to play here?
    Randle: Not really

Magic calls David Aldridge: Julius does not really want to play here, let everyone know so those trade offers can start coming in.

6 hours later magic is still twiddiling his thumbs waiting for those trade offers.
