I was a little skeptical watching his draft workouts, but after watching him in summer league and in games, he certainly looks the part of becoming a top point guard in the league.

There's too many damn good PGs in this league. I want to stop liking so many.

Wish I would've made a thread about him three years ago when I was already thinkin he'd be a top 10 pick, when all sites had him unlisted or around 50-60. Would've boosted my rep. :(

should be no surprise if you watched him in summer league against the rockets- he was far and away the best player on the court, only a few days after signing.

He's the reason the Blazers didn't want to trade that pick.

    Good scouting indeed.

Real Deal. No question. Finally Portland get some good luck after Roy and Greg Oden. This kid can ball.

With Lillard, Matthews, Batum, Aldridge and Hickson, Portland is a borderline playoff team. I doubt Aldridge will get traded. Sigh ...

Lillard could be an 18-8 PG first year (currently 21-9). Wanted Rockets to move up to get him.

Lillard is good, but can you believe that Harden is just a year older? Our future looks pretty good too.

    He plays for Portland.

Matter of time before he tears his acl.

    RIP ACL.

I like him as my pick for ROY.

He is an undersized shooting guard. Not a point guard.

You obviously know nothing about basketball. To average 9 assist as a rookie in his first 3 games is unheard of. Just because he call score it up, doesn't make him an ala Westbrook/Kemba type.

Lilliard has very high basketball IQ which is sutible for a PG and as you can tell he has some cold blooded in him. Kid can flat out play and make plays for others.

Are there any skeptics left about Lillard now?

He's probably top 15 pg right now. In my opinion, I'd put him in he top 10.

Kid has a chance to be a legit star. I think he'll end up being a top-3 player from this past year's draft.

I guarantee you that Rivers will be better. 2/3 games doesn't make a rookie.
