I see nothing wrong here. Both sides want to exercise free speech.
Just because it is unpopular doesn't make it illegal.
Thank goodness the Supreme Court can see cases objectively.

No, I'm just alluding to the fact that the supreme court is supportive of civil liberties no matter how many people disagree with it. Its the basis of free speech, it doesn't have to be popular speech.

Flag burning is legal. Do people like it? No. Is it legal? Yes.
Arresting that woman for vandalism, I don't object. She caused monetary damage, but above all else I feel like people would continue to bash her had she protested 100% legally.
Would love to see a 100% neutral US towards the Israel-Palestine conflict but it looks like that is impossible so far as long as the right continues to blindly defend the Israelis.

could you provide a description of how a legal protest might have differed from her actual one?

LOL at her asking the cops why she is being arrested.

How is she exercising free speech......by damaging property. Too funny.

As long as it doesn't vandalize property, or harm anyone, its legal; spray painting the sign was a dumb choice and its obvious she knows next to nothing about the limits of free speech...

Did that idiot honestly think it was legal to spraypaint on a wall/poster/woman in the subway? She can say whatever she wants about Israel, but she can't vandalize property.
