Hold on, cyber responded to this with his opinion on Rubio. Does this prove Morey is Cyberx?

I've never wanted an insider to be right more. I won't hold my breath, though.

I think this is cyberx's opinion, not Morey's, or McHale's or Les'.

I am not in favor of acquiring Rubio.

I believe you are correct. Wasn't Morey infatuated with Rubio just a few years ago? If so, I hope the love thing is over. Rubio's game is flawed for the NBA. Coupled that with the fact dude can't stay healthy with a bloated contract, and it screams Darth Vader noooooooooooo!!!

When we had Martin, Scola, Hayes, and Battier, Rubio would have been a great pickup IMO. Same with Rondo. The game has moved on towards spacing and shooting from long range however, making Rubio and Rondo outdated. Nowadays, most would agree that Rubio is overrated, overpaid, injury prone, and generally not desirable as a PG for any team.

How far fetched would a trade of Prigs+32 for Haywood+24 be?
Remember, Cavs showed heavy interest in Prigs at the deadline.

    Pretty sure Prigs is retiring.

Pretty sure it would need to be prigs and 18 for haywood and 24. No way they acquire a worse contract to trade while also downgrading their pick.

    You are correct.

Well, let's hope we get Lawson next week. I would be stoked if that happens.

    Completely unrealistic.

Haywood is the best asset in the deal.

Cavs are hoping to trade the contract plus a first for an impact player, not a back of the rotation guy or another contract.

If anything, maybe you can find interest in a Tjones trade? Probably not honestly.

Wow, ok I saw his 2014-15 salary of 2.3m and didn't even realize he was making a ridiculous 10.5m next year. That contract is insane.

IF and IF GS can not find a trade partner, I hear there is a SMALL possibility he gets stretched (like Smith)...

AND if that happens, LEE can possibly come here.

What a perfect player for this team.

For all you people who are going to jump on your DMO train, I can promise you, D Lee is better than both those guys.

We'd have two YouTube defensive juggernauts, sounds entertaining.
