As long Adidas stays away, it's going to be good. No company can compare to Champion in the 80s/90s.

    I love this.

As far as the jerseys go, the team still controls the designs, so I'm not too worried about that. UA has made some pretty cool basketball uni's in the college game at places like Maryland. Plus, I'm a little old to be buying/wearing jerseys now anyways.

What I love about UA is the quality of their gear. I was gifted a UA hoody with my school's name on it my freshman year of college back in 2008. I still wear that hoody 1-3 times a week in the winter (live in DC) and I still get people asking me if my hoody is brand new and where they can get one. The colors are still vibrant (Green & yellow) as the day I got it and there are zero signs of wear, including the screen-printed logo.

This would be pretty huge for UA if they get it, and a really awesome American success story business-wise.

Does this FINALLY mean the end of sleeved jerseys since that was all Addidas doing/idea?

This thread is better. J.R.'s thread cites a media report, not an insider.

The NBA will probably use this opportunity to transition to having advertisements on jerseys.

We all know it's gonna be Nike. I'd give Reebok a higher chance than UA tbh.

You do know Adidas owns Reebok, right? So they're one and the same. :)

Because they're WAY too expensive! I'm not going to pay that much for my 10 year old, when I can get KD's, or other Nike boots for far less.
$230 Aus for Curry Vs max $150 for a decent Nike boot here.
