The media loves to crown certain players and
He’s a shooter, has handles and can drive the ball. That’s it lol. Lacking in defense, court vision, passing. Can’t create his own shot in terms of post play, taking people off dribble consistently etc. he is who he is. Stop coronating him. Just not that guy.

Atleast they ain’t getting blown out by 40 to the likes of the OKC Thunder and the great Phoenix Suns with the so called chef Curry .The Chef was getting exposed for his lack of culinary skills fast.

He won a championship without Shaq.

how many stars haven’t even been to the finals

my point still stands MJ and Kobe were players that could carry teams maybe not get 5-6 championships but Kobe proved he could win one without shaq

    he won without Shaq

and please don’t act like gasol was some type of superior all star compared to the rest of the talent in the league

plus all teams have some talent that’s a given it’s the NBA.

plus there are examples MJ leaves the league bulls flunk out but MJ comes back and they win a chip.

This was my exact thought too when I saw that announcement. I think Draymond might do the same thing.

Of course, Warriors fans will tell you it's because they're trying to tank.

Steph just a slightly darker skinned, more mobile Peja Stojakovic with a more annoying wife.

Jordan couldn't win without Pippen and Kobe couldn't win without Shaq or Pau

Didn't realize Curry's injury was 3 months of rehab.
Still makes no sense to pull the plug completely

No superstar can win without at least a star helping them.

Unless you are Olajuwon of course.

False. Pau Gasol is a hall of fame player and the Lakers were absolutely nowhere before he got to the Lakers. The Bulls were also a first round exit team before Pippen. Also the year after Jordan retired the first time the Bulls still ended up with almost the same record as the year before with Jordan and got to within one game of the Eastern Conference Finals, some would say a controversial call off Hubert Davis away from the ECF.

And when MJ came back, they lost to the Magic. And we swept the Magic in the Finals. But not before MJ dropped that double nickel on the Knicks though, just sayin'.

It's crazy how nobody mentioned Dream. Someone will mention, and DEFEND(?) that Kobe did it on his own but fail to mention Dream.

yeah that 18 ppg is so crucial

kobe carries the team plain n simple every team has somebody who carries the slack but to act like pau was a pippin or d-wade or a Larry bird or a Kevin Durant is pretty laughable

The Lakers finished at 42-40 the year before Pau came. Pau is a top 10 PF of all time my dude, don't even try to argue this.

Curry is so overrated. He deserved 1 MVP for that ridiculous shooting year when he was surrounded by 4 all-stars, but that's it.

What other 2 time MVP had 0 finals MVP after reaching it so many times.

Curry is not even a top 5 player in this league now yet people always rank him above Harden just because he was carried to so many rings and is the media darling.
