That doesn't mean families weren't separated, they weren't abused, and weren't handed over to human traffickers. The policy sucks, but it's the parents that are putting their kids in this horrible situation.

I think we all need to remember that this thread is about Time magazine pushing fake news by making a mother and daughter who weren't separated the face of the faux outrage related to illegal immigrants being separated from their families while being prosecuted for breaking the law. Also, it should be pointed out that this child's mother is an example of a person who paid a coyote to help them break the law and then falsely claim to be asylum seekers once they were caught.

 

No, it's the people that initiated and forced the policy that at fault. Hold those doing the bad deeds responsible for doing the bad deeds.

So it appears you were wrong about what Trump would be arguing. He isn't going after any ruling by any judges, but against due process altogether. He wants to do away with the constitution and just do away with the idea of the judges and courts deciding what happens to immigrants.
