Crying immigrant girl on Time magazine cover was never separated from her mom, father says

    The crying girl that the Democrats in Congress and the Democrat left media have hysterically been pushing as evidence of Trump taking away children from their parents is just more fake news. In fact, this woman picked up her daughter after she was searched, and they were taken away together.

    So, once again we see the habitually lying Democrat left and their propaganda pushing media whores in the mass media, at it again with more fake news.

    In other news, the Trump administration asked a federal judge on Thursday to alter a decades old order that restricted the government from holding illegal immigrant children for more than 20 days, even if their parents are incarcerated and there is nobody to take them. Since "catch and release" is not an option (why even bother to catch them in this case - which is what the Democrats want - open borders), this judicial order effectively requires the separation of children from parents.

    The Obama administration asked for a relaxation of this order in 2015 from the same judge, Dolly Gee (appointed by Obama), who the Trump Administration has filed this request with. Details on the Trump filing are included in the article below.

    Of course Congressional Democrats and their propaganda pushing, fake news agents in the media have been insisting that Trump was lying when he insisted that he could not resolve this by executive order. If this judge rules against him, as is expected, then that will prove that it was not Trump who was lying, but rather the liars were all of the Democrats and the fake news media whores who insisted he had the authority to do this on his own.

    If Judge Gee (appointed by Obama) denies his order, she will be taking ownership of this scandalous arrangement on herself and on the Democrat left, who is also refusing to allow this problem to be fixed through legislation, as that would run contrary to the illegal open borders arrangement that they lust after.

    The pressure is now on Judge Gee (appointed by Obama). Stay tuned....

    We don't know that. We know that the father says it was the case. I'm not sure how the father would know. He didn't even know they were gone at first.

    I do hope the father was correct and the daughter wasn't separated from the mother. That would be the best outcome if that were true. Unfortunately, him claiming that to be the case isn't a sure thing.

    Immigration and Customs has confirmed it. The Democrats and the fake news media whores, caught lying with more fake news, yet again.

    I think Time should run the same cover next week... this time with another child, confirmed to have been separated from their parents. That would provide Time the opportunity to issue their correction... how's that idea trump defenders?

    That would be fine. It will be worse if it turns out the girl was separated from her parent. But hopefully, the father is correct and she wasn't separated.

    Should they this time have a photoshopped picture of Trump pointing at the girl and laughing or taking a piss on the girl. Which one sounds more sentimental?

    If you look carefully you can tell Trump is photoshopped in to the photo - he wasn't even there.

    It's hard to bring an actual child for Time when those children are locked,even if they manage to do so , opponent would say : it's fake ,Trump never met this child, Whitehouse walls are not even painted in red yada yada

    The DHS has confirmed children have been separated. The elf quoted the bible as a way to make it happen. SS miller embraces it all. But because of this one picture, with bad composition and framing, you guys are trying to deny that the TRAGEDY did happen. The administration is EMBARRASSED but only because they couldn't get away with it. Talk about missing the point.

    The cover is symbolic, not literal.

    Many, many young kids have been separated from their families when their parents have presented themselves to border officials. I assume that’s what the cover is about. Not the specific story of this young Honduran girl crying while Trump is glaring over her.

    I think most understand this.

    Also, like to point out that the photograph captured an instance of the girl's reaction for her brief separation from the mom. How do you think all the children that were physically separated and separately detained would react? I think the right description is terror.

    Whether or not this girl was actually separated and detained separately doesn't take away from the larger issue.

    I think we can extrapolate. All of the 2000+ children, who the liberal lying Democrats say have been separated from their parents, are still with their parents.

    We should start dumping photos of children set up in horrible positions from this decree and let people verify fake or not fake.

    Great exercise in determining whether the media is destroying America

    Liberals have no shame. It is sad. The actual content doesn't matter, what matters is the narrative we try to feed you.

    Last time I checked Time is still a news magazine. A simple apology will be nicer than standing by an erroneous cover story from journalism's stand point. But I understand the cover has now become an icon or some sort to attack american right wing nazis (so many of them, near half of country) so truth has to suffer.

    I haven't read that magazine -- did they write a story about her being separated from her mother? If so, I agree there should be an apology.

    If not, it seems you are incapable of understanding what symbolism is. With that, I cannot help you.
