This is like cops giving street value of weed they confiscate -- that's probably like $40 in bulk ramen.
Doomsday preppers or college students? I'd love to have seen the look on the thief's face when, after thinking he stole a bunch of tvs or something worthwhile, he opened the truck and saw a million packs of ramen.
