Haha. I don't think a random videogame screenshot by "OperationSports.com" is evidence of any kind of Rockets conspiracy.
A screenshot of an official game trailer actually. Both NBA games have gone through some effort to not show rockets players in their Jersey recently, Harden supposed to be cover boy for Live 18 and game is not far away from release and still no cover art.
So when does our "new" jersey debut? The Pacers and Cavs got a pretty serious makover, while the other uni's I've seen so far have only minor tweaks (Philly, Detroit, Chicago).
player art and modeling is sick. I started here on intellivision...1979 Moved to this on the Sega in 87. I loved it. Tecmo stepped up to the plate with actual teams and players in 92. Scott brooks could not miss a shot. A major evolutionary moment was here around 94-95, but nobody could make a damn three point shot. We started buying games annually for the first time, complaining about it, but still buying them cause how could we not get those new rosters. I missed out on the nba jam era, And then NBA 2k took over and started modeling and simulating the real game. Those were my major steps anyway. Now this!
LOL! this is such a perfect comment. That will be the media's mantra all season [media conspiracy.] I made the mistake of having SportsNation on the other day while I was working out, and sure enough Beadle was on there yucking it up on Harden/CP3 "argument" at a Drew League game. "It will be like that all season" [/DudeBroLaugh] - Beadle.
How do you think 2K18 is going to turn out on the Switch? If 2K on the switch holds up to 2K on Xbox/PS, then this could really entice me to buy a switch.
2K works painstakingly to make these faces look so realistic, yet 99% of the time I'm looking at the back of the player's head. I would rather they spend all that time improving the the player physics, which would a be better tradeoff for me to feel like I'm truly controlling the player vs. something that only looks like him.
