Nothing becomes the "best of all time" in half a season for any sport.

Harden/Paul duo needs to bring home some hardware before getting on all time lists.

Trying to think of ones in the conversation.

    Klay and Curry
    Hardaway and Richmond
    Porter and Drexler
    Jordan and Harper
    Thomas and Dumars
    Frazier and Monroe

Personally I'd go with Thomas and Dumars. Harden and Paul have to win something to get the distinction.

If that were case, we would more than one finals with that group considering they were playing with the best center of all time.

The best talent does not mean they play off each other the best.

    Best chemistry.

Billups and Hamilton might not be the most talented but had very good chemistry. For instance.

And of course pair them up (Har-CP3) in 2012-13. Preferably even earlier on Team US.

Harden might not be at his best but I think elite Paul could make more difference.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ho...op-backcourts-of-all-time-in-NBA-12275819.php

Add to the list of past backcourts
    Magic and B.Scott
    Parker and Ginoboli
    J.West and G.Goodrich
Hmmm...did they forget Rondo and R.Allen?

    Present backcourt
    Wall and Beal
    Lillard and McCollum
    Lowry and DeRozan

Harden and Paul have the potential to be the best. They have to win a championship first and foremost.

The gap between Jordan and Harden is a lot smaller than the gap between Paul and Bugs Bunny. Jordan is the greatest and better than Harden but a Harden/Paul combo on those Bulls teams would have been equally if not more devastating than Jordan + scrub.

    As for the pistons
Paul >>>Zeke. Zeke couldn't hit a 3-pointer and produced far less offense.
Harden>>>Dumars. Harden is Dumars except more scoring and a bunch more assists and rebounds.

    It's not even close there.
