I really appreciated Brewer's hustle. He was just awful at basketball the last couple seasons, but he never quit. If the sources are true, he was good in the locker room when everything was going up in flames around him. "Sewer" was a clever nickname when he was struggling, but it started to bother me after a while. This guy was just snake bit. Good Luck, Brew.
Gonna miss all the missed corner 3s. Seriously though... although I complained about virtually everything he did, he never did anything half-assed when he was on the floor. And as mentioned a few times earlier in the thread.... I'll always remember him going off against the Clippers in the 2015 playoffs.
Brew wish u nothing but the best but u were the dumbest bball player ever to wear a rockets jersey. U getting paid to play basketball. Show some dignity.
Thank you for the Clippers Game 6. That was beautiful. The rest was....well...well, it was something...
Best GIF ever. Corey was one of the most fan-friendly guys on the team. Always stopping to talk to fans, sign autographs, and pose for pics after the shootaround. Truly a good person. That said, he hasn't added anything on the court for a year and a half now. It was time.
At least he gets to live in LA for all his hard work he gave to the franchise. Go lead LA to a top 3 pick Corey
Brewer was great one year and not great for the rest. He did help win that LAC game and series. That was a big deal! Thanks Corey.
He was magically during our playoffs vs clippers. I honestly like his hustle and when he had swagger/monopoly man celebration. Honestly I wouldn't have mind him on the team if we didn't have Ennis, brown, and McDaniels, too many benchwarmers. He was the weakest on the rotation, but he had heart.
Can't say anything bad about a player who's always plays hard even though he loss his skills after sacrificing his skills for the legendary game 6 performance to the basketball gods. good luck with the rest of your career Brewer
