Today I am sending out props to one of our favorite people... Scottie Pippen. Today, Pippen did what he has wanted to do for years. What you might ask? Get out of Jordan's shadow of course. Today the list of the NBA's Defensive Team was annouced and for the first time in what seems like years, Scottie was left off. Who was on? Well to your credit, Scottie, someone got his first mention on the Defensive Team due in large part to you. Kobe Bryant. Yes that Kobe Bryant, the same that will continue to keep you popular by regularly posterizing your mug. But Scottie, no longer should you worry about being comapared with one of the greatest defensive players of all time. No longer do you have to worry about maybe someday breaking his record of consecutive appearences on the Defensive Team. No, Scottie, today you have come into your own and you should be proud, I know I am. -Turbo
