Just want to see who everyone thinks is the creme de la creme at making the necessary adjustments for their team to win.

    Probably Carlisle

Pop is the goat , but I think a lot of his prowess comes from how he runs practices and teaches players .

Popovich and P. Jackson (the latter not currently coaching) for sure. Pop dont just teach in practice he make adjustments on the fly, definitely takes the time to teach in game aswell.

Adelman, Rudy T, Carlisle are all good too, but not the best. If we are talking currently coaching today?

    Popovich has my vote.

Pop and Carlisle are way up there. Regardless of their seeding over the years, Mavs/Spurs was always a great series to watch...with constant in game and between game adjustments. Not sure of some of the newer ones, like Stevens. He was touted at being great at that last year, then fizzled this year with better talent. It is something that proves out over time.

Carlisle makes major in season adjustments, too. People that didn't get off the bench for large parts of the season can suddenly become starters...and they usually thrive.

I know this thread is about coaches, but CP3 has some of the best quick-thinking type of plays I've seen from anyone.

To answer to question, Pop seems to have the best in-game adjustments, then Tex Winter

Hahaha...in order to make 'adjustments', don't you need to first have a plan? :)

Raptor coach Nick Nurse has shown that he is pretty damn good making adjustments

In the EC Finals, After losing the first 2 games w Giannis dominating. Nurse made the adjusts to put Kwahi on Giannis who was no longer dominating for the next 4 games

I will take the Raptor coach, what's his name. He seems pretty clever at in-game adjustments.

Kerr pulled a nice one against Raptors when he switched Iggy onto Siakam and Klay to Leonard and Draymond to Lowry
