You can already see the difference in generalship in a scrimmage game.

Impressed by Taric Black. He looks to be in good shape and very very active.

Zhou Qi is still very much an invisible man on the court on both offense and defense. I fear that he just naturally doesn't have a good instinct for the ball. He's like that tall guy in pick-up that stands behind the 3pt line and waits for the ball. Even on the defensive end, he's not getting to the rebounds or challenging attackers. I've had the same vibe ever since the Rockets drafted him. I don't think it's something that can be fixed with more muscle or conditioning unfortunately.

CP3 looked really good. He was on energy save mode and was dishing out finding the open man. Alot of the times he was wide open for a midrage jumper.

Clint looks stronger! He must have been working hard in the gym, he had to keep streching his arms throughtout the practice.

chris johnson's already 27 and basically a finished product though, w/ actual 3&D skills. i'd like to keep him just as insurance for when EG goes on IR

I KILL with the Rockets in 2k18...I shoot 40-50 threes a game playing 6 minute quarters and either CP3 or Harden is always on the court

1 dude I was playing got so frustrated with the barrage of threes that he pretty much quit midway through the 3rd quarter

just finished watching the 16 minute scrimmage video...there was some really nice ball movement with the starters at times, and that was with no Harden on the floor...with both CP3 and Harden playing together the defense really won't know what to do

I'm glad this was just the first practice. Looked kinda like a pick up game at the Y.

terrible display of offense and defense, why they even let media in when they are going to play like that

wrong word used. They're clearly in training camp shape and rusty. Everyone is like that. They just need more scrimmaging and a few preseason games under their belt and they'll start not looking tired.
