Just listened. I was amazed at how pessimistic you guys were. Especially for a team that could trade for Lebron or PG13.

Even if all we do is bring back our core we will have tons of cheap role players next year.

This is the best time ever to be a Rockets fan.

The FONT will change. But likely that is it. You are going to be disappointed if you think the team will be going all "retro nostalgic."

I would expect them to keep their iconic "R" logo/brand. Change the jersey font to make it bigger/thicker. And maybe adding some red/gold trim as a hat tip to the past. But I don't expect some "ketchup and mustard throwbacks" like I am sure you a clamoring for.

If you think the "R" logo is going you are going to be supremely disappointed. They could refine it a bit, but it is not going anywhere. The branding is too important. Tad pretty much spelled this out on a @The Cat LockedOnRockets podcast a while back.

 

I hope the Warriors enjoy their asterisk championship. The best team did not play the Cavaliers in the finals.

 

If only Cuban buys the team, you will finally be in a good mood about something.
