    dang now D.Howard gunna posterize this guy and fans are going to tear.. D.mo saying this cause the lock out, but i really hope he can be a 10-6 per night his first year. Cool beans.. He looks really motivated and ready ::)

    His already at 240lb, 30 more pounds and he'll be at 270 lb. I think his target weight should be around 250lb, so 10 more pounds should get it done.

    I don't know if anyone caught this... but he's now a teammate of his favorite player. Hopefully Scola will provide him with proper context/perspective on what it takes to succeed in the league.

    Right... yet Biyombo was taken 7th. NBA GMs have really learned their lesson. :rolleyes:

    Anyways, it seems a little inexplicable that "not caring about basketball" is one of the main reason he slid so far. It seems to me, from his interviews here and from the presser, that he has a huge chip on his shoulder and is out to prove people wrong. Doesn't really sound like someone lacking the passion to improve like some have said.

    Regardless, I don't think he will play much his rookie year.

    Idiot.

    Even if he is extra confident, he should refrain from making such comments until he has played a couple of seasons or atleast a few games in the NBA. He has never played in the NBA where the games are much faster and more physical. By making such idiotic remarks he is going to make himself a bigger target out there and when things go rough his self-confidence is going to take a beating.

    I love that McHale is good for at least one genuinely funny joke in every press conference. I would say his efficiency in that area is truly second to none - kudos to Morey's stats team for picking up on that.

    So its under stand able how he got pushed around by 270lb Cousins. But despite that fact, he still managed to put up a decent stat line in that game:

    Yeah but I think that's Flynn personality though. Im glad these rookies have confidence in themselves. It shows me they're not afraid and hopefully they can back it up haha.
