Of course he looks lost at times, he's a rookie that just got traded to a new team. Almost like starting over again.

The Rockets should just stick with Hill and Jeffries off the bench. Sorry David Andersen.

Couldn't agree more! Hill should get most of that PT, with Jeffries only seeing the court if a big gets in foul trouble

The things that impressed me were not athleticism or size, it's that he was firey and wanted to get his hands on the ball on both ends of the court. If he has that kind of passion in practice and over the summer he WILL develop into a solid NBA big man for the next decade.

Considering the poor defensive play of Andersen, he should be reserved for the remainder of the season. I do believe, however, that Andersen will be most effective playing adjacent to Yao Ming.

physically, he has it all going on and he appears to have a lot of "want to." that's a good combo.

Hill's taller at 6-10, so he's a true PF/C more than Scola. Scola has developed his spin moves to compensate for his height, so maybe Scola can teach him some of that stuff just to fake out people.

Hills does seem laid back compared to Landry, but hopefully he can develop into a Horace Grant/AC Green/OtisThorpe/Haslem type of role player.

It would be funny if he becomes an All-Star after his slow, unheralded rookie start.

Get him to do the workouts that CD was doing with Dorsey and I think he will be able to take what he learns to the court.

Also with his size and quickness, he should get in touch with Dream, he could really use some of Dream's moves.

He has some nice talent that can be developed if he wants to learn. Good height and energy.

If Scola can teach him some post moves and Hayes can teach him to play a little better defense, he should be a pretty good player for a long time.

I, for one, am looking forward to seeing Lowry, Martin, Budinger, Jeffries, and Hill running the floor.

Trading Jordan Hill and what might be two additional lottery picks for an additional 8.75mm in cap space will cap off a ten year + period of the worst F management in team sports history.

I don't blame one fan for mouthing off at these idiots and i will lead the charge. You have to think a lot of this is from Dolan. there is some idiocy and replication--i.e swapping picks that has his Napolean arse written all over it.

Derek Anderson getting hurt was the best thing that coulda happened, altho i wish him a speedy recovery Im so glad Hill is gettin minutes that he needs.. Hes more of the future than soft Derek Anderson is so let Hill go wild this season is a wash anyway its stupid for RA to think it will hurt our chances of winning this yr cuz we're not winnin with our current starting lineup and rotation
