17 seconds into the Clip, you can see Omer staring down Dwight.

It's so awesome to see McHale and Olajuwon coaching the low-post. Two of the greatest offensive low-post players ever.

Harden's spin move looks like he is in slow motion compared to Olajuwon's spin. The old dude still got it.

Dream still looks so smooth. McHale pitching in on the post moves too.

I know everyone jokes about it, but I think Hakeem could seriously go for 15 minutes a night.

god, that's so awesome. Dream still looks light on his feet and is deceptively fast on the spin moves. I can't wait to see Harden or Howard dreamshake a defender in a game.

I noticed Howard's shooting touch is a lot more relaxed in practice at the FT line, which I'm sure is why he's not a good FT shooter in the game - he isn't relaxed, too tense. Made me think that if Rockets had psychological support on staff for Royce, they could work on Howard's mentality at the FT line.

I would bet money Hakeem could beat any center in the league one on one to 5 right now.

Unreal! Oh, man... at the 1 minute mark, Dream does a reverse spin and fakes Harden out of his shorts. Crazy! Yeah, he can still do it. I love that James is learning from the big fella. I'm so stoked. Great video!

I like the sight of Jones sitting on the side line watching everything intently. Focused!;)

As far as Dwight's free throw shooting form, if he is making 70+% of them, leave him alone.
