ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Warriors 2/23/2019

We have a lot of energy guys suddenly...and we still don't have Shumpert or House playing.

 

This is a ******* heroic performance. Hope they can close it out. Would be heartbreaking if they let this go. They deserve a win.

 

We need to get Harden to integrate this kinda line up, look at how many times every player touches the ball.

 

This is the defense we had last year. For the love of everything don't say "It's what happens when Harden isn't playing!" No, we had this kind of defense a lot last year. I -do- agree that we have to find a way when Harden is back to get the role players more involved on offense, as I do think it helps them out a lot with efficiency + defensive effort.

Harden can still be Harden...and he has to be for us to win, but there are ways to get the role players a little more involved. However, those guys have to continue to play something close to like they are tonight to make it work.

 

Who is this team and why can't they play this way every game

 

THANK YOU!!!! If we could get the stat geek Morey to understand this that would be awesome. He's so into the individual stats though.

 

I'm proud of the way our team is playing. And despite the double digit lead, I still don't feel confident that we can close this game. I hope I'm proven wrong though!

You tripping......CP3 has made scrubs look like allstars during his career

 

B/C it's James going 1 against 5.

For some reason CP3 and Clint have poor/average chemistry on pick&roll, while Chris used to have great chemistry with DeAndre in those situations, with Clint is just not there, while James and Clint basically find themselves with closed eyes at this point, kinda sucks cause that would add another bit to our offense.

 

This just looks the the rockets from last season with harden on both ends of the court.

That team is still somewhere it’s been hiding for the first 58 games.

We need to keep this type of D up and we’ll reel off a nice 10 game streak.

It’s all about effort with this team our principles and personnel is still their.

Luv didn’t even play last year when we climbed up the D rankings in the second half and Ariza is a nice role player smart team d guy but he’s not elite on that end.

We can still be good but it’s about the effort on the switched and boards.

 

when is the last time a rocket had 15 assists?

 

I want this win so badly... feeling sick watching this last quarter. Counting each second.
