This team is too good. Do they do player of the week during all star break? Cuz if so Harden is gonna win it again, he is ridiculous.

Might need to keep the Chinese jerseys for Ryno. He was feeling it tonight. Perhaps he doesn’t feel as much pressure coming off the bench.

Wow talk about explosive. If I was on the opposing teams I would hate playing the Rockets team.

It was good seeing Ryno burning down the nets tonight.

Another MVP performance from the Bearded One.

Clint didn't back down to Towns.

    Man I love this team

Any good sports run is about journey, not the destination. That idea was reinforced in my mind after the astros won the world series.

Who knows if we will win the championship this year but nights like tonight make the journey special. If we win the championship then you will look back fondly on these inspiring regular season wins that contributed to our ultimate goal.

Enjoy the moment rockets fans! Don't take games like this for granted.

We took the first quarter blow thrown by the Wolves, and came back to win big. This will help us going forward and in the playoffs.
    Go Houston Rockets!

Well, you can count that idea out. Warriors will steamroll Memphis.

We had 5 turnovers in the 1st half.

We are seriously like the Warriors now, not even playing all that well and then boom, turn up the defense and hit threes. What a time :)
One thing though, can Green for once not settle for a three and drive to the basket? Just once!!

Interesting. ESPN must have updated the total as it was 12 right after the game.

That said, as you mentioned, even more impressive (13 to 1).

got to say though there were a lot of bogus calls being made both ways, but listening to the wolves comentators was really annoying, so much whining and subtle jabs on Harden

I think Minnesota is one of those squads that hasn't caught up with new basketball. It simply hasn't arrived yet. On D, Thibodeau was content to let them put a lot of pressure on the driver, willingly leaving 3-point shooters trying to block a layup. On O, they pushed the ball into the post with lots of crashing the glass.

Teams that play with a traditional approach like that look up at the scoreboard confounded.

The Rockets didn't play great at all--just smart, new basketball. Our offense was very average tonight and we had 126 points. Our D was average as well. But new basketball (limit turnovers, compete on defense and the glass, and force your opponent to cover explosive three point shooters or give up point blank shots at the rim) works as a winning formula. This was no fluky win. We trailed big early, made a run to get back in the game, and were in control throughout. . . There was only 1 lead change tonight, and the Timberwolves have been owning people in the Target Center.

They are still wondering what happened.

I was just about to post this. I have never seen such a cry baby for a guy that big. All that guy does is cry and complain about everything.. He can elbow Nene in the head (which was a pathetic foul call on Nene) and he gets touched on the arm and he throws his arms up and starts running towards the sideline. Grow up manchild
