Back to back against OKC after spending the day at Sasha McHale's service?

If we don't get completely run off the floor that's a win in my books...

 

Houston will play them close.. but OKC still has Durant and Westbrook

Going to be a tough day and game for the Rockets. Impossible to predict how the team will be able to play after the service. I have my doubts that this will be a close game.

 

Between the travel for the funeral today, the fact that it's the tail end of a back to back, and the fact that OKC is a strong opponent anyway who is just chilling at home, waiting for the Rockets, I don't give Houston much of a chance this evening.

With the Harden homecoming and the up-tempo ball that Houston has been playing this season, it will at least be entertaining to watch. I feel like that is the important thing in these sorts of challenging scheduling situations.

 

Tough ... real tough

 

If we go 2-4 I will be OK with that, .500 after this stretch I will be quite happy.

 

The team is starting to gel and I like the D overall. I know the team will put its best effort in OKC. Go Rockets!!

 

Can't wait to see Kevin Martin try and flail himself into a defender then throw up a horrid shot only to not get the call.

God do I hate Kevin Martin.

The win over Bulls was for Asik.
The blowout win over Knicks was for Lin.
The blowout win over Raptors was for McHale and Sasha.

Ok, Rockets, you all know this one is for Harden. Play your heart out and win one for The Beard!

 

This is almost a OKC win from the get go, I never understood these back-to-backs both at 7 PM!! In my opinion it should be 5 PM and then 9 / 10 PM even though that's way too late to be playing but it happens in the NBA. This is just ridiculous. With the plane ride and post-funeral emotions, I expect us to lose big. They're expected to arrive 2-3 hours before the game if all goes well..

 

I don't mind if this game is a loss... tough times for the team.

 

i read somewhere that Martin is the most efficient scorer in the NBA right now.

 

because all the guy gets is open looks. Opposing defenses have enough to worry about with the other all star caliber talent on the court than to worry about Martin. All he does is get buckets, which is all they want from him.

 

Amen! I didnt know I hate him this much until he's gone.

 

We have to win this one because there's a good chance we'll lose to the spurs... twice. We gotta have a good start going into the playoff team game stretch!!
