stephen a. was just on SC and he said he favors us in this series because of our perimeter shooting and because LMA has been a no show so far

I still favor the Spurs. Let's not overlook the home court advantage. If the Clippers win Game 7 tomorrow, every team with home court will have advanced so far. That can be a major factor in a tight series.

LMA was not a no show when the Blazers faced us.....he is probably waiting for the right moment or else forfeits entirely.

That had a lot to do with McHale's coaching(or lack thereof). D'Antoni will double team a guy if he's scoring at a Wilt-like rate in a series.

I have been told he has not made his standard automatic money mid range shots......McHale was a reason but as a Blazer he had better stats for sure. In general.

Dekker gives us a streaker again.

When Anderson struggles we'll have someone to go to now that still has some size and range.

Once again in order to beat the Spurs the Rockets must play mistake free for most of the game. Besides Parker going off it is Aldridge, Mills, Manu, and Green that for some reason have their best games against the Rockets. The Bench and D side of the ball will decide whether or not the Rockets can move on to the Conference Finals. Go Rockets!!

Well, he's turning 32 in a few months and this is his 11th season. Could be the years and mileage taking their toll. The Spurs supporting cast around Kawhi is old as dirt.

That is guard's age. Bigs come into their prime by age 28-32.

Pau Gasol flourished at that age, he was good before but he won his ships by that time.

Gasol was at the tail end of his prime at age 32. His Lakers had a mediocre regular season that year and got swept by his current team in the playoffs.

Aldridge may be at the end of his prime too. He's still very good, but it's possible that the Spurs won't continue to be a contender if he remains their 2nd best player.

If our shots don't fall, I feel a blowout.

Sure, we have to wait and see how it goes.

Spurs are a tad behind the Dubs in star power and fire power. Very likely more than just one iota.

Gasol had a renaissance in 2014-15 as Chicago Bull. Only couple of years ago. That Ostrich.

18.5 ppg and 11.8 (his record rebound year in the NBA) Shot 46% from 3, almost 2 blocks a game.

IIRC Harden has been the only one coming up big in the Spurs games this season and they've all been close. If Lou and Gordon can show up I think we can win this series.

I would rather give 8-10 minutes to Troy Williams instead of Dekker. I'm glad that Sam is healthy though.

Ryan Anderson needs to come out for Game 1 and just shoot lights out. Each time he makes a 3, it opens up the floor so much more for Harden to penetrate the lane, and feed lobs to Capela on the PnR. It will also wear out Aldridge to run out to the 3 point line, or if the Spurs switch, it will give a huge advantage for Harden to cook his switched defender.

Also we have LOU and EG coming off the bench playing great, I really think we can win this series
