Is Faried gonna play tonight?

 

Probably will be signed like Gerald Green was just before the game starts.
He clears waivers today, we probably waive Nunally so we can sign him.

 

I'm gonna be disappointed if he doesn't play tonight.

 

I predict that, in honor of Dream's 56th birthday, Harden will score 56 tonight with 34 coming in the first half.

 

I think this is the second or third time this season I forgot we have Brandon Knight.

 

3 people have liked your post so far, and you're all fooling yourselves. It's not one or the other. Skill is a much larger part of the equation, but in the absence of size, skill has to work that much harder. The Rockets against teams close in skill will need to be within a certain size range to compete. It's an equation. You can start PJ Tucker at center once and expect Harden to carry that load. You shouldn't do it long-term. It's one thing to be 2-3 inches shorter than the guy you're guarding, it's another to be 6+ inches.

Lebron and Antentokounmpo are so coveted because of their combination of size and skill.

Westbrook at 6'3 is also better off at point guard than Isaiah Thomas at 5'9.

There's also this part of the game called "rebounding", which relieves a lot of offensive and defensive pressure.
