Pathetic, but I’m glad they lost because it shows that every time you don’t try, you embarrass yourself. Hopefully next time they realize you have to give effort.
MDA is not a very good coach if you can't tell. If the players aren't playing strong defense and making shots, he's pretty much useless otherwise when it comes to drawing up plays and schemes.
Dantoni should never run that 4 guard rotation ever again gotta have at least 2 forwards on the court at all time.
That's as high percentage of a shot your going to get with 5 seconds left when teams are playing their best defense they are capable of. That was a good look for a last second game winner.
I cant believe that's what we got. Come out of a timeout and in almost 5 secs it's just... WB struggling to move the ball and taking a 2pt jumper. What a ridiculous game that was. Nothing like wasting a great win by balancing it with a completely shtty loss. All we had to do was beat one of the complete worst teams in the league. All we had to do was not be outrebounded by 30. All we had to do was not miss a gdm layup that would give us the lead with 10secs left. What a waste of time and emotion.
I would of rather we just go ahead and get blown out than that. As bad as we played we still had a layup to take the lead in the final seconds. That really sucks we couldn't finish. That would have been damn impressive to win being out rebounded by that much. We should have won but if I had to pick between getting a victory in Boston or NY, I'll take Boston.
