It's funny. Lin scores 20 points on 10 shots, 5 TOs. Parsons scores 21 points on 15 shots and 4 TOS. Lin did better than Parsons as far as percentage, and nothing gets said about Parsons, and the Lin bashing continues. Dude, just trade him already. I hear the Bulls, Lakers or Knicks need a PG. Do it Morey. DO IT!!!!!

 

Lin 4 TOs were bad in the first half we still kept game close

Howard and parsons 4 TOs each in the second half when we were down les them to pull away.

yes Lin cheated off his man a lot he always does that needs to stop, parsons got schooled plenty of plays when we needed stops.

Lin had 5 TOs, Parsons had 4 TOs. How about this: all Parsons has to do is cut down on stupid turnovers and stop all the stupid unnecessary helping on D - but it is starting to seem like it's just how he is wired to play basketball.

 

I like both Harden and Bev, but even if both of them were playing tonight (assuming Lin was still out) and you only get 6 total points from Casspi and Garcia you're not going to win this game. Howard might get less points due to Harden, Harden might get 30 or so, and Bev could get around 10....the points aren't going to add up if your bench players don't show up in the points stats. It's just kind of silly to blame the loss on Houston's two PGs as they produced 38 points......

And the Rockets play a new backcourt LIN+Gracia/Brook.

Dragic is playing well but Bledsoe is on a different level. Especially, with his game changing defense. Even though Bledsoe's a poor perimeter shooter, he gives clutch defense and offense (2s & 3s) at critical moments.

Those close wins they've had were decided by Bledsoe. Right now he's borderline on the list of franchise PGs.

When he was out the Suns were clearly a different team and it wasn't for the better.

The Rockets' streak of 20+ 3PA was broken tonight after only attempting 19. We had about 90 consecutive games.

 

every time Dallas plays Houston, they impose a zone defense. I don't understand how the Rockets are not prepared to break this down and conquer it. we shot 54% fg and 37% from 3.

 

Then stop speaking like you have authority.

 

Nobody on the rockets shoots 90% free throws. There may be 5 players in the NBa that even approach 90%. Durant, Currey, James and Love are below 90% Lin had the second best FT % at.802 last time I looked , which was about 6 days ago. Only Harden is better. You are unrealistic when you talk about Lin.

 

Harden is supposedly a superstar, and this team's Franchise player. His expectations should theoretically be the highest. Lin comes off the bench, isn't a franchise player, isn't a star according to critics... and yet gets ragged on even more. Anything wrong with this picture?

 

Because he's Asian.

 

The Lin scapegoating here is pathetic. It's a few posters but it is pathetic. Instead of being encouraged with his scoring and physical conditioning they were just chomping at the bit to start with their anti-Lin garbage. He played a hell of a lot better than in the last 2 games he played and played 36 minutes. That's encouraging. The coaching staff has every right to get on him for mental lapses, but he sure wasn't the only one tonight with them.

 

Garcia sucks..

 

People are acting like Lin is playing terribly.

64% TS% (2nd out of all PGs)
18 PER (16th out of all PGs)
14 PPG on only 9 shot attempts

And that's with dealing with inconsistent role/playing time and injuries.

First game back from injury he scores 20 points on 10 shots 60% shooting and people are still taking a huge dump on him and blaming him for this loss.

 

Nobody's gotten ragged on harder than harden lately bro.

 

Lol Lin fans, this team had an Asian player long before Jeremy Lin - his name is Yao Ming, look him up some time?

It's not because Lin is Asian, it's because he makes boneheaded mistakes and is not a good fit on this team.
