Luka might actually be better than Harden already. What a ridiculous player.

 

Worst first post of a game thread ever and factually incorrect.

 

If there was EVER a game we needed to WHOOP THAT ASS. It would be this one. I cannot stress enough how much I HATE LUKAMANIA.

Harden is the original, son those boys tomorrow.

 

I’m a number guy, not a narrative guy. The exact same reasons I would say Harden/LeBron/Curry have been top 3 since 2017 is the exact reason why Luka might be the best in the world right now.

I don’t think you understand what he’s doing. Harden is on a top pace team, Luka isn’t even close. They are really close per 100 possessions.


Luka is doing a REALLY good job with the Harden/LeBron one man show ball. And Frankly Harden has never been as good as Luka as a passer or as a rim finisher/driver.


Luka is shooting 62% on a ton of two point field goals. Harden has him as far as shooting off the dribble. Kind of.

 

This will be a difficult game. Dallas has really improved, they've won 4 in a row, and we're still kind of banged up and short handed.

Rockets by 3.

 

Well get to feel what it’s like to go against Harden. To watch a guy bomb 27 footers, get 12 FTs and walk in the middle of the lane when he feels like it. Luka will be way harder to guard than anyone on the Clippers.

Even still this should be a solid home win. Mavs D sucks. Porzingis sucks on the road.

Bro, the Mavs have one of the best(if not the best) bench in the league, he isnt playing with scrubs.

Bro he's been playing low level competition all season. Harden has YEARS of dominating dudes, once the schedule gets really rough for the Mavs that dude will come back to earth(relatively, hes still amazing).

Frankly, Luka fans are annoying. I really hope we destroy them tomorrow.

pretty sure Harden will do his due diligence against the younger stars. i usually never see Harden come up short on games against younger classes.

not gonna say easy game, but Harden def will deliver a monster game.

I think he might be a better team player, as a Euro.... they play team ball, and has less of a superstar ego. I might be wrong.

He is definitely bigger and that brings its advantages.

Now Porzingis, that is an unknown against the Rox.

 

Right now Harden is basically unstoppable. No one is double teaming Luka at the half-court like they do Harden.

That being said, Luka is a monster and could easily be better depending on development in a very short time. In 3 years it's possible Luka is Harden 2.0, bigger and better than Harden while he starts to slow down. We'll see.

 

Depending on the game, I can see Harden go for 39 and Luka for 30 or 34.......everyone will be comparing them again.

Luka is not likely go to the line that much, Harden will always be better at driving and initiating contact IMO. Luka can shoot better in the future.

 

Harden always dominates in superstar match-ups.

I'd expect nothing less today.
