You know, now that we're on the topic, I just realized that Lin has not missed a single game this season. Maybe he should sit out for a couple of games before the season ends to be more healthy for playoffs.

I believe Jeremy would keep playing games and keep gain experience. There's no guarantee he'll still be a rocket next season...

I'm scared that Tobis Harris will destroy us again.

Is this a joke? If JLin's able to play, then he'll play. Same goes for the rest of the starters.

Im taking the rockets because some of their bench guys will have something to "prove" ala trying to earn playoff minutes. You'll get solid all around performances similar to the Clippers game.

Lin has been criticized so hard for missing out on the Miami Heat playoffs last season.

I think even though he's rolled his ankles several times this season, he won't sit out because he wants to prove he's a hard working player who will play through pain to get his team as far as they can go.

The Knicks hadn't won a playoff game in years. They were desperate. The Miami series overlapped Lin's projected 6 week recovery time, and returning before then (and risk re-injuring himself) was clearly a bad idea to any rational person.

Of course, being brutally honest, Lin mentioned the whole 85% until threshold to play comment, which was taken out of context in every way possible.

But resting the starters when the team hasn't locked up a playoff spot yet is too dangerous in my opinion. :(

Can't take any team lightly. Unless I see an X beside Houston Rockets in the standing, it's not exactly the best timing to rest the starters if they are not injured/poisoned (WTH).

If we are resting Hardin and Parsons, we might as well rest Lin and the other starters as well. No sense in putting out 3 starters when we can rest all 5.

I would've agreed a week ago but with Harden and Parsons out, I think the guys are going to play that much harder to prove they're a good team without their star players. Heck, they may even believe themselves to be underdogs without their stars.
