um no, not liking asik's body language. he was like invisible out there, definitely has been iso'd.

Weird seeing refs with shorts on. they made fair calls on both sides so no complaints.

so excited that real games will be starting soon.

 

Anyone remember last years scrimmage videos? Compared to last year, both teams look way sharper. Additions like Brooks & Brewer & Howard look good, and all the guys from last year have benefited from one more year of experience. I'm excited about this team!

Wow TJones has improved his shooting mechanics. Still the same relase but heis staring at his chest instead of his opposite hip looping shot. I can see him as our starting PF

 

What's up with Mchale smacking the assess of AB and Parsons. In any other profession, that's sexual harassment from your boss.

Keep in mind certain players with nothing to prove don't go 100% in practice, while those that need to prove something are going 100%.

Big ups to Clutch for posting it up.

My takeaways:
-Parsons was absolutely invisible out on that court. Didn't look like Mr. Third Option at all. But of course, it was one scrimmage and he's not the type of player that forces anything. If he's presented with an opportunity, he'll take it.

-I'm loving Brooks. Did he color the top of his head red? He looks comfortable out there and I can see a lot of small ball happening just to get Bev/Lin/Brooks sufficient minutes.

-Still wait and see on Casspi and Brewer.

-I'm pretty certain that T Jones is going to snatch that starting PF spot away from Smith/DMo. That's exactly what he's going for.

-Other than his two highlight plays, Dwight was a non-factor. All this Hakeem time and he never gets an opportunity to show what he's learned. It's almost a waste. Why learn all that footwork when most of his points will come from alleys and dishes when the D sags off him. He's gonna be Amare in Phoenix minus the jumper.

 

I have a feeling that Omer will be trade before the Season Starts,I mean the Body Language says it all

 

I like what I saw from Jones in this video. We will need a stretch 4 to play alongside Howard.

I wanted to see some post moves from Howard.

Brook and Lin looked good out there.

Why didn't Dwight use any of his so called Hakeem moves that he supposedly learned with Hakeenm? Or why didn't anyone LET him?

I don't wanna be lob city... I want to be finesse city.

These scrimmage videos only tell part of story.
Last year, no one could see Lin's knee was not 100% and in the shooting slump until pre-season games.

 

Imagine Asik setting a pick for Dwight... and then Dwight finishing?

That's what everyone was saying last preseason. They had Jones replacing PPat by February and by the end of the year had him tagged as a premier PF. I hope so. We'll see.
