Is the Dream around in Houston? Clint needs to sit down and work with him. Even if he isn't, he should talk to him. He can get a boost from him before the playoffs.

You gotta look at how defenses are playing the pnr. Looks like he’s conserving more energy and putting it towards sprinting instead of pounding. When that ball goes in the hoop or gets rebounded, he’s looking to sprint. He’ll turn it up in the playoffs when defensive aggression is required.

He was slow at the beginning of the season then started coming around before he got hurt.

Anyone remember how long it took?

He looks a half-step slow to me. And since his quickness is one of biggest assets, being a half-step slow brings poor results.

Hopefully he's just hitting some kind of little wall after playing hard since his return from injury, and he'll get past it soon. We absolutely need Clint at full effectiveness to have any chance in the post season.

I'm not so worried about his offense , because you are right , it is a function of how other teams are playing the PnR

However , I will say his hands aren't back up to 100 percent IMO ... too many lost balls on the way up

It's the defensive timing I'm concerned about. Outside of that clutch block , he hasn't been effective at defending at the rim .

He's got to step it up and get his shot-altering back for the playoffs. We won't survive without it

I think he's playing too many minutes. 34 minutes per game is too much for what we ask him to do. I don't think another center in the league runs the floor as much as Clint. I wish we could get his minutes down to about the 27-29 range.

I think you guys are overreacting to a bad stretch. Clint will get it together.

eh... getting worked by opposing centers... he just needs to play harder... but Clint proved that he can bang with the big boys in the playoff.... he has continually said he isnt 100% yet...so i give the benefit of the doubt.

D'Antoni plays his starters 35-40 minutes unless it's a blowout though.

Tuesday will be as much of a test for Harden as it will be for Clint.

I remember when the Suns beat the Bucks, Ayton - not a good defender - was on Giannis.

This makes sense to me. Giannis doesn’t shoot threes. Lopez does.

Put Clint on Giannis. Put Tucker on Lopez.

His blocking has declined from last year, and we need him blocking more shots in the playoffs.
