Sign him to a personal services contract like we have with Hakeem. Have him coach up Capela and DMo on the art of fast hands on defense. Have him give one last ditch effort to teach TJones what it means to have correct body positioning on rebounds. Unfortunately, like Hakeem, the best of his abilities might only be adaptable to the guards. Harden seems to have similar hands when it comes to blocking the ball when the opponent is gathering it up, rather than simply releasing it from his high point. I bet Harden could learn a couple extra things from Hayes.
I don't think we have the roster spot for him, however it would be awesome if we can hire him as a training or coaching staff.
Yay!! It would of been so sweet to have had Scola back too. If it was up to me, I would have signed Brooks, Scola and Hayes. Bring back the whole gang!
