Kerr was the ultimate role player and he is an intelligent speaker unlike you know Charles and Shaq

    I agree.

I don't think Casspi is the long-term answer for the 4, although he could prove everyone wrong as the season goes on.

I'm hoping we could trade Asik for a big time 4, and sign Okafor (when he gets healthy and the Suns buy him out) to play back-up 5.

At least Shaq was a champion, unlike Charles, so he may have some insights.

Steve Kerr, Brent Barry, JVG, I love hearing these guys talk basketball.

Kerr speaks the truth, but we got work with what we have, just like every team out there.

No team has the prefect fit, the one came closest is probably the Spurs. Even Miami has their problems, if give the chance, the Heats probably would like to have a defensive center that can run with them, kind like Tyson Chandler or DJordan with some IQ, but hey, you can't have it all.

Definitely still think we're trading Asik no matter what Morey or Mchale say at the moment.

& it's gonna be Jeff Green, Alridge or Faried.

I've been so impressed with Casspi so far, its obvious why Montiejunas and Tmo have barely seen the floor.

Sometimes, a player just shows up on your doorstep. A la chandler parsons or cuttino mobley.

you got to earn your respect by advancing in the playoffs

else you are pretenders, no what if this or what if that or what this guy did on another team

    no excuses
    only results matter

Oh really? I totally thought we were a complete product after 5 teams.

Kerr is such a schmuck. He's got a face I'd love to high five.

I think it depends on matchups. If the matchups line up perfectly for us in the playoffs, the Twin Towers lineup could carry us to the Finals. If we run into a bad matchup (Clippers?) at any point in our playoff run then I could easily see us getting knocked out in 5 or 6 games.

Kerr in his infinite wisdom was also the Suns GM, and was let go... So, his logic is just as fallible.

I like kerr, but he's no expert in roster construction ala his time in PHX.
