As predictable as a not-set and off-balance 3 point attempt by Carlos.

No surprise. I swear I see them run the same set every game, I'm glad Delfino called out the ****ty offense. Overall, I'm not mad, I wouldn't mind a high draft pick.

What's predictable is that Delfino's shooting is unreliable.

As the only player on the team with more than 2 years of experience, wouldn't it be Delfino's job to get players to speed things up? Otherwise, why is he worth it on a rebuilding team?

What do you mean by this "offense" that you speak of? And who is Carlos Delfino?

I think it's a good sign that a reserve player is brave enough to say something like this. It means there is extreme dissatisfaction in the locker room.

The problem is, with guaranteed salaries for coaches, an entire season may be sacrificed before a coaching change is made. Witness the bobby valentine fiasco.

Guaranteed contracts are great for players and coaches, but the lack of flexibility means that fan bases often have to suffer for months, if not years, even though it's obvious to everyone that a personnel change is necessary.

Perhaps the NFL has catapulted to the top of the heap in part because of a lack of guaranteed contracts?

Harden was on a NBA finals team, he should know a good offense even better than delfino.

Just a Vet speaking and its truth.

Lin and Harden leaders on the floor?

Delfino leader in the locker room?

After signing big contracts, I guess Lin and Harden don't want to publicly criticize McHale...but I'm sure they share Delfino's thoughts.

Delfino is doing McHales job right now. McHale is the one who should be calling these scrubs out in the media.

    :p

It really doesn't seem like he's going behind the coaches talking about it, if I had to take a guess, I'd say he was just talking about what the team worked on yesterday, but Feigen wasn't getting enough clicks so he took a page out of Solomon's book and put this out without context.

Taking another guess, didn't we hear the same thing last season amidst the collapse?

McHale realizes there are two sides to basketball, right? If you're down, you still need to stop the other team from scoring.
