Bump on to this thread. Cp ballin tonight. 30 points 10 rebounds and 8 dimes tonight for cp3. This post is bot about comparing brodie and cp again and again but just an appreciation to a one time rocket who carried us almost in the finals. Chase that title cp, you deserve better than okc.

looks like they're right in the mix of being a playoff team in the west to me and aren't even that far from being in the middle of the pack if we're being honest here

I can't believe we traded this man because of a bad 6 game stretch

He is criminally underrated. Sure he slowed down and was having issues beating his man 1 vs 1. But MDA should have used him a lot more in the PNR. He was phenomenal on D. Smart vocal leader who actually stood up to Harden. Westbrook can get by his man but can't hit a shot efficiently and is a TO machine. He is non-existent on the defensive side of the ball as well. And not to mention CP can actually hit an open 3...

Great, he could have done that last year instead of completing laying a giant turd the entire playoffs in every aspect of the game, including bricking every open 3, played mediocre D, and had stupid turnovers.

It’s interesting you say it like this, because that’s exactly what Westbrook has done, only on worse efficiency, in the last 3 playoffs, despite playing much worse teams in the first round and not the dynasty Warriors.

they're going to be competitive. people wanted to see cp3 just fall off with this washed up belief. that's far from the case. he has actual basketball skills and a mind that will age well which shouldn't surprise anyone. they won't be winning any chips but they're also just not going to be a push over either

he actually didn't. this is exactly the type of overreactions that @J Sizzle is talking about. Just because some of you held cp3 to some godly standard doesn't mean he "shat the bed". He was far from that.

CP3 was fine against Utah last year. Not great, but fine. Wasn't harmful to the team at all really.

CP3s win share per 48 in last years playoffs is better than any of the last 3 season for Westbrook

CP3s true shooting percentage in last years playoffs would be a career high for Westbrook.

CP3s net rating in last years playoffs was +1.8

    Westbrook’s last 2 years of playoff net rating : - 9.7 and - 7.4
