So sad watching him play, I miss the guy a lot. He’s killing it right now putting his team up one with a clutch shot against the Jazz.

Terrible trade for Westbrook. Not only did we get the worse contract, we got a player who will fall off a cliff overnight due to reliance on athleticism (who knows when it will be, but it will be during this contract) and we gave them 2 first round picks to get him.

Presti will get positive value for CP3 by the trade deadline and it's going to sting.

This is also my first impression of the trade. Not saying it will turn out this way, though. Man, I hope not. But those extra two first round picks really sting.

Paul and Westbrook are both (and will be) super divisive on Clutchfans, so we may never get a clear read on this.

    Which trade deadline? 2020? 2021? 2022?

I don't disagree that Westy is a bad idea, but the list of teams willing/able to take on CP3 with 2 full max years after this one left on his deal is not going to be very large.

What is Presti's leverage? Hey, desperate Lakers, either take CP3 and his remaining $77-116 mm and give us a first round pick or else, we'll, umm, well nothing actually, please just take him.
