I watched occasionally based on who the guests were on a given night. I used to be a pretty big fan of Hardwick around the time when he started the Nerdist podcast. Eventually, I grew tired of his forced demeanor and the fact that they started doing 3 episodes of the podcast a week. Reading through Chloe's account of their relationship, it's all very disturbing and very believable.

Yes, Chris did nothing illegal by being an extremely shitty person to his ex-girlfriend. But there's nothing wrong with him getting called out for being a shitty person, and there's nothing wrong with people no longer wanting to associate with him because of these things. Shitty actions can have shitty consequences. He's basically a guy who projects an always sunny disposition in public, then acts like an ******* in private. And again, I say of all this as someone who listened to 100+ of episodes of his Nerdist podcast, has paid to see him live several times, and even bought his book. He deserves to be called out and I will have no sympathy for him in terms of the repercussions of his actions.
