I feel like the Rockets have just been given an ice cream special with a cherry on top. With the addition of Beasley and Goudelock, DMO getting better every game, and the energetic spark KJ and Harrell bring off the bench make me excited about our team's future. Go Rockets!!! Let's Do This! Playoffs here we come!
could've used kj and harrel much earlier and let dmo get a ton of dleague games to see if his back holds up. instead rockets went full r****d.
True but the real tests are yet to come. The good thing about this team is that it has time only get better. This is like another pre-season, in the sense of getting to know each other with the new editions and the confidence in playing the young players. Hoping that they can gel and make some real noise in the playoffs. The key going forward is for the bench to out play the opponents bench and for the D to improve to the point that the team is not allowing triple digits in games.
Time is now working for us instead of against us. Don't see how that can be construed as anything but progress.
the only way to stop beastley is for JB to reduce his minutes. Golden state and the spurs will have no answer. they ain't even that good.
Never understood why we play our starters such heavy minutes and let the rest of the bench rot. I'm all for letting our other players play. We've seen how some of our previous signings do well on other teams.
I like the acquisitions. Really like what Harrell is bringing... ...but I will reserve my optimism.... I had high hopes going into the season and have felt like a redheaded stepchild all year... so its show me something on a consistent basis, then i'll get my hopes up again.... until then - meh....
