Trash. They didn't even mention Anderson as an OUT.

Somehow they didn't even acknowledge that Ryan Anderson exists in this article

    Thunder A+?

    Seriously???

This must be a Melo-slam, because adding Schroeder as the #3 guard and Noel as the backup center aren't going to move the needle THAT much. Sure, keeping PG around deserves applause, but we don't get the same credit for managing to keep both CP3 and Capela. It's truly bizarre how the media continues to knob-slobber the Thunder when they keep underperforming and dissapointing every year.

As for the Rockets, "this is a significant downgrade" because losing two decent-but-not-great defenders (to my knowledge neither has ever even made an All-Defensive Second Team) "hurts big time."

Let's look at that closely: Last year, CP3 barely missed making the All-Defensive Second Team, and PJ (who should have made the team) got 13 points. Luc got only 5 points and NONE of the 100 sportswriters and broadcasters who voted thought Trevor was worthy of inclusion.

Now in the minds of the media, the 3rd and 4th best defenders on last year's Rox (and Capela arguably has more impact with his shot blocking) have suddenly blossomed into world-class defenders whose absence will surely result in our downfall.

Sorry, but this is nothing but Rockets-hating at its finest.

Haha media telling the shitty dumpster Rockets how it is like they have been.

Seriously though, did LRMM hire a new agent over the summer?? All of a sudden, he was a "key part of the Rockets successful post-season"...surgery-less gimp arm and all that.

    Agent's prob a Kardashian.

Right now, the Rockets and Warriors should be a B-.

At the end of the day, we picked up 4-5 guys for the minimum or in the case of Knight/Chriss worth the minimum right now. But Warriors' eggs are in one basket. If Cousins doesn't pan out, we kept pace.

Further, we still have flexibility to make a move. If we pick up a Moute replacement, we have closed the gap on Warriors a bit more. We always had the coaching advantage.

Could’ve traded Ryan Anderson for Anthony Davis and they’d give us a C- for losing a floor spacer which is detrimental to our offense.

No matter what happens, we continue to exceed these expectations and competition fears us.

Weren't the Thunder an A+ last year, too?

First the MVP, then two A+ summers in a row. Maybe WB will win 50 games this year.

This is a great read if you like comedy.

Mavericks got a A- for bringing in DeAndre Jordan. He's good, but A- good? They also lost 4 contributors.
Miami literally did nothing and got a C.
Minnesota resigned Derrick Rose and got a B.
    Knicks got a B+ for drafting 9th.
Lakers added LeBron James and didn't get an A+, just a plain A.
Spurs lost Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker, Green and Kyle Anderson and somehow got a B+. WTF

    Nobody got a D or F. WTF... where's the F's

& that trade was a week before the article was written, so they knew about it. Plus the Cavs loose LBJ & get a B. I guess trading for Sam Dekker makes up the difference! :D

Everybody in the country hates Carmelo Anthony and thinks he sucks, why are people still surprised by this.

There should be no player in the league more motivated to contribute to team success.

They must think Melo was such a cancer in OK City that getting rid of him would grant them an A+.
