Carr's strength & agility tests

    I find this real interesting. Carr appears to me, to be rather thin & weak, but he can bench 390 pounds & squat 500 pounds. Who'd a thunk it.

    AGILITY TESTS

    4.67 in the 40-yard dash … 4.28 in the 20-yard shuttle … 7.05 in the three-cone drill … 390-pound bench press … 500-pound squat … 210-pound snatch … 300-pound power clean … 35-inch vertical jump … 9'0" broad jump … 31 ¾-inch arm length … 9 ¾-inch hands … Right-handed.

    I can't believe the bench press. seriously. That guy is not that big. I must be doing something wrong to be stuck where I am.
