No you're not. I am beyond excited about this trade. T-Rob is gonna shine with the Rockets. Can't wait to see him on the floor!

 

Can he finish an alley-oop? I don't know much about Trob. If he can, Lin is a pretty darn good passer, got a lot of assists that way via Tyson Chandler in NYC.

 

I'm more excited for Tyler Honeycutt and his 0.9 ppg.

Well ... Thomas Robinson has a 7'3.25" wingspan according to draftexpress. And athletic as well.

 

Can you tell me what you think are the strengths of his game? Never seen him play never even heard of him

This is what I love about adding Robinson. We finally, finally have a big time athlete on this team. Before, if you seriously look over our entire roster you see a lack of tall guys who can run and jump. When you watch teams like the Clippers or the Nuggets you can see how that's frustrating to lack.

Now we've got one who at least has that kind of physical tool set.

 

Trob likes to dunk and has a few nifty post moves. Athletic!

I don't think you are. The one thing that plagues the rockets is no one can catch the ball on the PnR, no one rolls to the basket, or no one finishes when/if they catch the ball.

I thought Harden's PnR were more effective with, surprisingly enough, COLE ALDRICH; who, when he finished, it was ABOVE the rim. Patterson was another effective target, when he actually rolled to the basket. there was a time there when Patterson was getting all kinds of dunks because he rolled to the basket.

A lot of Lin's TOs are because His passes are just too low for Asik and he just doesn't have the athleticism for the lobs Lin used to dish to Tyson Chandler.

I think Lin and Hardin will love a player that can just go and get the ball when it is passed.

Dude is long and athletic with good body control. Yes.


But that is not his best attribute. Between him and Asik, no one will get any rebounds against us.

 

I am very excited for Trobb. I hope we get to see a little bit of what he can do with the starters. I also hope he is a good screen setter.

 

He is a trade chip. People drooling just like they were when we got Terrence Williams, Hasheem Thabeet, Jordan Hill, etc....
