Can a team trade the same draft pick to two teams

Since many 1st round draft picks traded are protected in some fashion, could in theory a team do the following:

-Trade their 2018 1st round draft pick (Top 10 protected to one team)
-Trade that same 2018 1st round draft pick to another team (If it falls within the top 10)
