[Buzzfeed] President Trump Directed His Attorney Michael Cohen To Lie To Congress

Dude.....this has already been (sorta....but maybe not) refuted by Mueller. He doesn’t want a bunch of hacks playing in his sandbox. Especially when things are getting juicy.

When you see Jason Leopold involved with breaking a story, it's best to assume it's false till someone credible confirms it. On top of that, it's always best to think about if a story makes sense before believing it simply because you want to be true. If Cohen had anything serious on Trump that could be proven, he'd have gotten immunity and wouldn't be about to head to prison.

 

It's so awesome to see that the wingnuts now consider Mueller and his team as credible. Noted.

 

Certainly more so than BuzzFeed.....was there ever any doubt?

 

The democrats were absolutely humiliated by this fake news story. Seriously, you guys believed Buzzfeed? yeah, you chaps may want to actually want to do some fact checking next time.

When it comes to this BuzzFeed story specifically, one of the authors Anthony Cormier says that he never saw any evidence whatsoever supporting the claims and the other author Jason Leopold has been busted pushing outright fake news where he claimed to have sources that did not exist.

It's embarrassing that this story was even allowed to be published and both authors and the editor should be immediately fired over it unless they are somehow vindicated.

 

BuzzFeed’s goal is to get clicks on their page so that they can sell more ads. They’ve accomplished this. Too bad they are peddling lies and fake news to do it.

The Week criticized Fox for giving this story only 22 seconds this morning. Newt Gingrich was interviewed and said Buzzfeed was the "equivalent of those tabloids you buy at the grocery store on the way out that introduce you to Martians and tell you the story of three stars who had anguished lives that you never knew about."
